What is a suitable care for K. D. Crafts marble stone products?

Marble being a fragile product should be treated with lot of love. They are breakable and therefore suitable care is required. After use, the marble should be wiped clean with a neutral cleaner like a mild dishwashing detergent with warm water and then pat dry immediately. Below are some Do’s and Don’ts for marble cleaning:

Do’s and Dont’s

Do clean surfaces with mild detergent or stone soap.

Do thoroughly rinse and dry the surface with clean, clear water after washing.

Do blot up spills immediately.

Don’t use vinegar, lemon juice, or other cleaners containing acids on marble surfaces.

Don’t use cleaners that contain acid such as bathroom cleaners, grout cleaners, or tub & tile cleaners.

Don’t use abrasive cleaners such as dry cleansers or soft cleansers.

Will my K. D. Crafts product stain?

Marble is a natural, porous stone and therefore has a tendency to stain if water or other liquids are left on it for a long period of time as it will soak in and leave marks or stains.

Similarly, some soaps and lotions may contain acidic or oily components which may mark the stone leaving a bruised, shadow appearance. Many of our products are for use in kitchen or bathroom and therefore taking appropriate care is required. If the products get some stains, do not worry, as it a sign of good use and love.
